A Singapore boutique law firm

Commercial and intellectual property law, from a boutique firm.

We specialise in trademark and design registrations, and also in corporate, commercial and property matters.

About us

Lee Chai & Boon LLP (previously known as Lee Chai & Boon) is a law firm providing legal services in the areas of corporate finance, corporate and commercial laws, as well as intellectual property laws.

These services include advising on and structuring business and commercial transactions for maximum advantage and to achieve the objectives of parties. Our legal documents take into account practical risks and the legal impediments of all relevant transactions.

We further specialize in intellectual property laws such as copyright issues, trademark and patent registration, and registered designs applications. We also advise on information technology law including computer contracts and issues dealing with cyberspace and e–commerce.

Our solicitors have experience in dealing with foreign and local multi-national companies on a range of issues and would be pleased to assist you in any of your legal queries. Our practice includes litigation and dispute resolution of commercial law issues.

We aim to provide legal solutions which are practicable, reduce or eliminate risks and consider tax-related aspects of the transactions. Importantly, we seek to understand the clients’ commercial needs and tailor our approach according to their requirements.
